What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Clients contact the quartet to confirm rates, repertoire and availibility. When they are ready to officially reserve the quartet they provide location, time frame for the booking. Information is input into a contract, signed and mailed with a deposit check for typically $150. For wedding bookings, couples are also provided with a ceremony song planner guide and ceremony song suggestions. Final payment and song selections will be due approiximately one month prior to the event date.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Clients typically book the full quartet, but sometimes people on a very tight budget will book a duo or trio. Booking rates range from $400-$700 for 1-2 hours (price is dependent on the number of players)

How did you get started in this business?

Our high school orchestra teacher referred music gigs to us in high school and we decided to officially form our own group because we loved our job of playing for weddings and other special events.
