About

The Thumb caters valley wide, from small, intimate gatherings to large corporate events, breakfast, lunch or dinner, we do it all! We hard wood smoke our prime beef brisket for over 12 hours, our pulled pork is smoked slow and low while bathing in its natural au jus. Our side dishes are made in our scratch kitchen. Our scrach side dishes are just the beginning. Let our pastry chef tantalize your taste buds with our fresh made cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit tarts or one of our signature pastries (ask about out gluten free options!)

    Frequently asked questions

I like to learn as much about the guests preferenc in communication. Who they are ordering for, how often do they order and what can I do to ensure the easiest most time and cost efficient experience.

I have worked in the BBQ catering field for over 13 years. I learned my guest relation skills from one of the best and orignal restauranteurs in the valley, Bob Sikora. I am a self taught and self motivated caterer. I was offered the oppurtunity of the catering manager position at Bobby - Q in 2006. I took it from a $24,000 dollar annual revenue to a $2.2 million dollar success.  I am now the catering manager at The Thumb, a local favorite BBQ joint and unique, favorite stop that is nationally known and recognized.
