NatureByQuinn
About
NatureByQuinn is a nature and pet photography business located in the Catalina Foothills of Tucson, Arizona.
I first picked up a camera about 3 years ago and quickly fell in love with photography. I would take pictures of everything I could find; plants in the house, the family cat, the birds outside, even coffee cups. Eventually anything and everything would find its way infront of my lens. Since my first week with a camera I have slowly found my niche as a nature and pet photographer. I will photograph any pet you may have: birds, reptiles, cats and dogs, even your pet fish! All pets are welcome to be photographed.

I greatly enjoy working with pets of all kinds. Animals are a big passion of mine, with fish being my personal preference. Being out in nature is always a big plus as well.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts me, I will ask them a few questions to see what exactly they want. Typical questions include:
What type of animal is your pet?
How many photos do you want taken?
What is your price range?
After the customer and I discuss what they would like, we schedule an appointment either at their house or a nearby park. I would then take as many photos of the pet as I can during the appointment. Next I compile the clearest and highest quality photos from the appointment, and email the customer the watermarked files. Then it is up to the customer to decide which photos they like and how they would want them delivered. I finish up by editing the selected photos and then sending them out either as 8x10 prints or as fully edited files over the internet.
Note: A portion of the total cost of an appointment is payed upfront, before I take photos of your pet. I must recieve this payment before any photos are taken.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken 2 courses in general photography best practices. Additionally I have 3 years of experience in nature, landscape, and animal photography.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Prices start as low as $60 for one 8x10 photo, and go up as high as $400 for 30 fully edited photo files. Email me for more details so we can find the right package for you!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have mostly worked for friends and family. My most common subjects include cats, dogs, and fish. I also work with birds, reptiles, and larger pets such as horses.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I would definately reccomend figuring out your budget before anything else. Professional photography shoots can get expensive. I also heavily reccomend thinking of how you want your pet to be portrayed on camera. Where do you want your pet to be photographed? Do you want them to be running and moving, or should they be still? How many pets do you want photographed? These are just a few questions you should ask yourself, but if you have any other questions do not hesitate to reach out to me through email!
