What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of PPA (Professional Photographer of America) I started learning photography since high school and college. I am very knowledgable with composing and retouching on photoshop. I attend to regular seminar every year to grasp the latest information in my field. I have been serving my community since 1999 full time.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Depending on the service I have different rates. Ocassionally given the season I have specials. I suggest to have one on one conversation to give you the right cuote.

How did you get started in this business?
Since high school I felt in love with photography, and also I have been very entrepreneurial. Therefore starting my business doing what I love the most was the right way to start my carreer.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have no specific type of costumer. However 60% of my services are related to event. Weddings from many denominations and nationalities as well as quinceaneras, Bar/ Bat Mitzvahs and corporate events.
Another 20% comes from in studio or on location portraits.
and last 20% from commercial photography assigments such as products or real estate.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One of my biggest but recent events was a small wedding durig this covid situation. However beeing concern on the weather circumstances I prepared myself to be able to save the day when the rain and hail came at that event.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Interview the photograher. Price is important but that is should not be your reason for hire. Consider the style and how you may relate with each other. Proper commnication along with quality images are the most important factors. If you are on a budget be clear. If you would ask me I'll find options that could best help you on your project.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If you can do it yourself that is great. However if this an important once in a life opportunity don't risk your memories. Let a professional help you.
