About
Hello!
Thank you so much for stopping by & browse my photography site. My name is Robynn Ybarra. I am a local southern California photographer who loves capturing memories with a photograph I created with a snap of a finger. I am a traveler who loves a little adventure exploring the world.
I am a wife, a mother of two wonderful and smart children, a sister, and a granddaughter. Being a family freelancer, I also shoot memories of clients with my children because they're my biggest support team.
Photography is a great ambition that I carry in my heart. I have millions of memories of my own family and extended families with tons of photo albums and digitally saved files that I capture year after year.
Growing up I've always had a camera with me in case I've missed something especially in high school. I owned a pocket size camera with using film strip rolls. Yes, I said filmed strip rolls! The camera was either in my purse, backpack, or glued to my hand. I've never wanted to miss out on anything memorable.
In 2013, I decide to turn my passion into a business to share my love for a camera to others.
I'd love to help you in script your story, let's connect and meet up so I can create your memories!
Other adventures! Working out, hiking, pampering myself, dancing, coffee, mini getaways, and music.
I have created such wonderful memories for clients that are so appreciated, happy, and pleased of how I captured a memory for them. This uplifts my spirits to continue my photography knowledge and skills I develop each time.
The joy & excitement I love to see is my clients happiness of memories I've captured for a lifetime. Some have shared with me how appreciative, comfortable, and passionate they feel with me during a session.
Our goal is to continue to develop, create, inspire, and fulfill my photo work.

How did you get started in this business?
One day I just started doing mini shoots for family and friends with no charge. I wanted more experience rather than collecting a pay check. I knew I wasn't as good at the time and needed more practice first before I took my business serious. From there, I just kept going and started charging at a reasonable price.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have done photo sessions with Family, kids, infant, wedding, graduation, senior portraits, portraits, head shots portraits, and maternity. Both doing indoor and outdoor sessions.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My recent event I captured was an awesome maternity session! I can't wait to show my clients the finishing touches. We capture such great memories with adding fun props! Especially the gender reveal smoke bomb!! I am pretty happy with this session and my clients were so accepting on doing whatever poses I recommended during the session. I love clients that trust in my work during a shoot to make awesome photos for them.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Enjoying the moment and be relaxed. Making sure your clients are comfortable at the session. Have fun with your clients by giving them encouragement and especially communication. Preparation and organization is a must prior to the session date!!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Clients should always research and find what experiences I have. Look up the photographers portfolio and skills. How well they are on the job.
