I provide meal prep and personal chef services for orders of all sizes! It's tough times and I want to be there for my customers, so I happily welcome all special requests or dietary restrictions.
I believe that eating a nutritous, well balanced, sustainably grown diet is the key to maintaing good health and wellness. I love making people happy with their meal choices, and suppoting local farmers and fisherman in the process!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by sending you some of our most popular menus. Then customize to fit your guests needs!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate of The Art Institute Culinary Program. Trained under multiple top chef alums, james beard and michellin star winners.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Event but is fully customizable. Typically our delivery meals run $9-$25 per person and our in-house chef services start at $150. We will work with you to make sure you are getting the best value possible!
How did you get started in this business?
Started by working in my family's restaurants, then moved on to work at some very popular San Diego restaurants including herringbone in La Jolla, and Juniper and Ivy in Little Italy.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with everyone from local family gatherings, and birthday parties to food and wine events, corporate sponsorships and televised celebrity events. In recent weeks we have launched a meal delivery service that includes ready to eat snacks and prepped, ready to bake dinner kits. Everything we do is customizable.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We just cooked with Venus williams at a taste of tennis event! She was so nice and welcoming. We had a blast!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We really care about where food comes from. You should always make sure your chef is sourcing local ingredients whenever possible.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What style of event do you want? Is it formal or casual? Meal Delivery or in house services?
What's your favorite types of foods? Restaurants? Chefs?
Is there anything you won't try? Or anything you've always wanted to?
We want the guests to eat what they love to, but also learn something or try something new at each event. Is it a liquid nitrogen margarita? I think it could be :)
