What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with a phone call to get the required information and set a time to meet. Depending on the clients geographic location we meet at the desired venu or our facility to go over specifics and budget. We also offer free tastings if the client would like to visit our location or we can arrange a small app tasting in home. We are pretty easy and flexible with whatever works for the client.
