What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up and appointment, and do an over the phone consultation. Then when I arrive do an in person consultation before starting the service. Do service make sure everything is ok and clean up and leave.

How did you get started in this business?
I got my license and started at a Supercuts then moved to LA and worked at Drybar and then went on to freelance and was working at daidone salon in Santa Monica until everything got shut down.
