What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients either contact me directly or book their appointment online. A credit card is required to hold the appointment. There is a 25% fee for cancelling your appointment the same day and a 50% fee for a no show. They will be sent an appointment confirmation by Styleseat, my online booking software. On the day of the appointment please arrive 5 minutes early to complete an intake form. We will do a consultation before the appointment begins and if necessary a skin analysis will be performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ERYT500 Yoga Instructor, Licensed Esthetician & Cosmetologist, Certified Holistic Health Practitioner with a focus on massage therapy, eastern healing, herbal studies and holistic nutrition.

How did you get started in this business?
I've been practicing yoga since 2001 and my practice inspired me to change my career path. Since becoming a yoga teacher in 2008 I have continued to educate myself in the professional field of holistic wellness and beauty.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure it's someone who you trust. Do your research. Read the reviews, check out their yelp, their instagram pictures, their website. Speak to the person doing your service. Get things in writing.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Be clear and be realistic with what you want to achieve. Pictures are helpful to some extent. It's interpretation of the picture that can be the problem. I think it's a good idea to look at your stylist's previous work and say, I want something like that.
