I have been passionate about food since watching my grandmother cook at the age of 3 and begging her to teach me. I have cooked professionally in restaurants, and worked as a private chef and caterer for over 15 years.
Over the last 7 years I have spent time traveling the globe, tasting and learning about new ingredients and techniques.
I bring a humble yet global perspective to my food that translates into dishes you’ll never forget.
