The inspiration for ediBOL stems from my passion for cooking, baking, design, architecture, exploration, building true connections....and my very deep desire to create something special with others who also want to share, connect, and live their passions.
My earliest memories revolve around home cooked Sunday dinners at my grandparent’s house. I loved baking pies and making sushi rolls with both of my grandmothers. The ediBOL menu stems from my favorite way of eating...out of a bowl and filled with fresh ingredients, hand crafted flavors, and various textures and temperatures. Everything is served in a bowl....symbolizing love, family, comfort....all that’s good in life with a punch of WOW – bold flavors!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial phone call with the client. My goal is to help create an event that will be incredibly special and memorable. I want to understand the feel of the event and the vision, expectations, and goals of the client. This way, I can suggest menu, service, decor, and other event details that will lead to happy guests!
