What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
COMPLIMENTARY Face to face consultation.
Proposal, proposal confirmation, back and forth emails with any changes, 50% deposit to move forward and book the date, 2 week prior to event finalize and pay in full (changes may be made up until this point, sometimes even after ;) )
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been floral designing for over 20 years. I have also worked with many large event production companies.
