There is nothing more satisfying to us than hearing the crowd gasp when we turn on the lasers. And our favorite comment from our clients (which we've heard often) is "I had NO idea how incredible this would be!"
We carefully craft each show to our clients' needs and visions.
We enjoy seeing the look on our customers' faces when we have done a perfect job of using our laser lights to take their event to the next level.
We also love the variety of events we do. We've done everything from sweet 16 parties in backyards and ballrooms to corporate and civic events both indoors and outdoors. How about a nightime Easter egg hunt? Yep, did it. Even a laser memorial banquet.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by having an initial conversation about their event. It includes the basics (when, where), but also their vision of how everything should look. From there, we survey the venue (either virtually or in person) and formulate a plan of what we need to do to incorporate our lasers into their vision. Then we get the admin details (contracts, deposits, etc) out of the way so we can focus on working with them to achieve greatness. Day of show, we do our thing (and help them do their thing in any way we can). At the end of the event, we clear out quickly, because we know they are tired and want to go home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We were mentored by a laser show company when we first started in 1999. Since then, we have always been a member of ILDA (International Laser Display Association), which provides ongoing training and updates for our industry.
