What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are super simple to work with. You tell us where and when to be there. We set up a catering agreement and send you a deposit invoice. Once your payment is recieved we add you to our calendar.
We ask you to shoot a text or email about 48 hours prior to confirm. The day of we show up music playing right on time and treat your guests to a yummy treat.
After service we tally up the total ice cream and settle the balance.
