What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have an initial consultation to discuss what the client is looking for, what they like and dislike currently about their hair, their usual styling routine, goals and whats feasible to acheive from the first appointment
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ramona, the owner, trained at Vidal Sassoon and worked at some of the top salons in Los Angeles, as well as doing freelance work for celebrity photo shoots, editorials t.v. and music videos before moving to Dan Diego 6 years ago. all of the stylists have extensive experience and individual talents that they specialize in and bring to the group
