What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having an initial chatabout style of service (buffet, hors d'oeurves etc)
Tastes in food, space for event, budget ceiling and the like
We then create menus and an estimate based on your
interests and perimeters.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a chef for 30 years locally, in both restaurant and catering positions.
Many of our personnel have worked at Fleur De Lys, The French Laundry, Chez Panisse and many other local favorites.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Generally, as hors d'oeuvres are very ahnds on and time consuming, those menus begin around 40 dollars per guest.
How did you get started in this business?
I have been cooking since I was about ten years old, as my mother was not in good health, and I needed to pick up the reins to help my family.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Politicians, Movie Moguls, Movie Stars, Musicians and just regular folks who like to celebrate the events in their lives.

We always like to protect our client's privacy...
But our favorites are when you feel the love and energy of people together having a great time.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that they have a lot of experience, and that they are willing to work with you to make sure that the event is based on YOUR tastes and not theirs.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Style, budget and layout.
