Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I keep an open line of communication with the customer, making sure we are on the same page when it comes to what they want and also being transparent in my work so that they know what I'm working on and when it will be completed. I will also allow for revisions on certain projects so that in the end, everyone is happy with the finished result.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Communications and Digital Media, with an emphasis in Video Production and Photography. I have been working in media for the last 6+ years. I've worked in freelance with my own PhotoTracy business, as well as in Marketing for a handful of major companies in the Northern California area.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing is on a per-project basis, depending upon the time needed for my services and also the budget the customer has to work with. I'm pretty flexible when it comes to this.
How did you get started in this business?
I truly enjoy creating content. Pictures, videos, whatever...it's something I am passionate about so what better way to make a few dollars than to do something I enjoy.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with inidividuals, non-profit companies, and large private companies. I've done it all, but one thing that stays consistent is that I treat all of my customers with respect, with an undivided attention, with care so that the final product I create is truly what they are hoping for.
