Butcher and The Blonde is a boutique catering company with a passion for unique experiences offering fresh, flavorful, fun food paired with attention to detail and full service hospitality!

We started out as a food truck in 2014, serving craft breweries and local festivals. We have come a long way in the passed 5 years, growing our food truck lifestyle into a Brick and Mortar location and full service catering company. Our mobile catering trailer allows us to stay true to our food truck roots, bringing our fresh flavors and kitchen to your venue, preparing all the eats, hot and fresh on site!

Butcher and The Blonde specializes in Fun, Comfort Food such as tacos, chicken and waffles, fish and chips, Cuban Sliders and so much more.. Our chef Thomas Brome is also classically trained and we have several menus and packages that cater to every events needs, no matter how causal or formal the occasion!
