What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically it all starts with an email, then we like to get to know more about what our customer desires. After working with our customers to develop the best possible menu for their event we follow through with the best quality food and customer service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined total of over 40 years expierience in the hospitality industry, everything from "Mom & Pop Diner" to Fine Dinning.

How did you get started in this business?
After being in the business for many years we decided we were tired of working for other people so we opened s food truck, "Yolk'n Around". After a couple years of running our truck we were offered a contract with the FAA in Longmont running the Cafe at their facility.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a wide variety of customers.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently catered an after wedding brunch in the mountains outside of Boulder. Everyone was very impressed and vey happy with our set up and food.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always make sure you are getting exactly what you want.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Always consider the size of the event, try to make sure you order enough as well as a good variety to please everyone.
