FoCo Cafe is the only donation based, non-profit restuarant in Northern Colorado. Our mission is to build community through providing delicious and nutricious food to all people regardless of their means while using mostly local organic and sustainably grown ingredients. We offer a variety of food options, but Soup, Salad, and Breads are our specialty. We work with local farms to provide the healthiest food possible while reducing our carbon footprint and food waste while supporitng the local economy. We offer onsite weekend or dinner parties or off site catering. High Quality ingredients are used in our creations and each dollar goes to support our lunch service that is donation based, pay what you can or volunteer in exchange for a healthy wholesome meal. Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No. We work with each groups budget since we are a non-profit. Generally, we suggest $10 a person and need to ensure costs are covered.
How did you get started in this business?
We belive all people deserve access to healthy food regardless of their situation in life. The catering aspect is to help support our general mission and lunch service.
