From the time of your personal tasting at The White Apron Kitchen with Chef Jay Curcio, to the actual event date, we are constantly looking to tailor our services to your needs, including bar service and coordinating rentals. We respond to our clients in less than 24 hours by calling them directly, unless email is preferred. We look to get an idea of what our clients envision for the event and we work to create the perfect menu and talk through their preferred style of service, whether it be a plated dinner, family style, buffet or cocktail party. We ask our clients what they enjoy, dislike and if they have any dietary restrictions to help us customize their meal.

The owners (a husband & wife team), both have degrees in culinary arts from The Culinary Institute of America and both have hospitality management degrees. Both have been in the business for over 20 years and truly understand how the foos industry evolves, working with food trends while maintaining classic techniques and providing exceptional service.

Our pricing varies based on the guest count, style of service (i.e. plated dinner vs. buffet or cocktail style), actual menu selection and time of year. Pricing typically starts around $45.00 per person for food only. Additional fees include bar service, staffing, catering fees, rentals and tax.
