What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone consultation is ideal in order to obtain a clients vision for their upcoming event. Once details are discussed an estimate is provided. Should the client be comfortable with the open ended figure, a non-refundable retainer along with a signed contract is submitted. Everything can be done electronically. Then the designing begins!!! We communicate with our client from booking to execution.

Pricing for our designs vary based on the event type, style and guest count. Every client's vision is different. Therefore each design is created based upon their needs and wants.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be open to your planner/designer suggestions. Our goal is not to max you out at your budget, but yo present you with the most realistic ideas.
