What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I schedule a consultation to meet and discuss what the costumer’s wants and needs to have done during her visit. Or a client can schedule an appointment with the receptionist and describe her or his needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Board Certified Hair Colorist ABCH American Board of Certified Haircolor. There are about 2500 haircolorists certified in the USA. I also educate other hair professionals as a Artistic Director for an Italian Color company. I enjoy what I do and enjoy making people feel and look good.

Prices vary according to the years of experience and knowledge of the the stylist.
You can call for for quotes. Average price is $75 for women hair cuts and $45 for men.
How did you get started in this business?
Family business. My father introduced me to this industry.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My staff and I have worked with all types of costumers and all types of hair. We can satisfy anyone that decides to come to our salon.

Recently my team and I worked on models to present at an event for hair professionals to introduce a new color line.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Depending on what the costumer is looking for. They should ask for haircolor and haircut skills, Artistic ability, consultation abilities, overall knowledge, and price.
