Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listing: We first listen to our clients and their story and try to get to know them in the most organic way possible(no forms to fill).
Conversatio: Therapeutic conversation helps to offload and liberate.
Scripture-based Optimism: No situation is so bad that the Love of God cannot address. In this truth we confront every reality or difficulty in life with faith filled optimism hinges on timeless Biblical principles.
Collaboration: We don’t assume to know the answer before or during the process. We collectively and mutually arrive at the solution based on the dictates of The Bible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No formal education in this particular field. I work based on years of service and a natural God-given gift of using the principles espoused in the Bible to tackle life’s situations be them simple or complex.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is varied. It depends on time spent in sessions, gravity of the situation and the clients review and satisfaction of the services provided.
How did you get started in this business?
While serving as a pastor at Church, I naturally counseled people as part of the job description.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Married couples, unmarried couples, youth groups, single individuals, divorced individuals, widows, widowers, grieving families from several nations and ethnic groups.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A couple were scheduled getting married in a week but a new discovery about a family secret threatened to derail all the plans. I scheduled a meeting of intervention with the couple first and then another with their extended family. Together we discovered a different perspective of what seemed to be dead end. Wedding came off without a hitch and the couple are navigating their marital journey, God being their guide.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Prayerfully consider who you work with and be sure you are comfortable with their modus ooerandi.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Faith, belief system, liabilities and a clear understanding of what is being offered and the expected goals.
