What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Depending on the service a new client is getting,i conduct consultation over the phone.After an appointment has been made i conduct a second in person consultation before i commence the service.

I offer free wash and condition to first time clients as a complimentary service for their business.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a state board licensed cosmetologist with the state of Maryland.

How did you get started in this business?

I went to hair school,i have always had a love for hair and that inspired me to go to school to get better knowledge to enhance my creativity.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with natural clients,relaxed clients and transition clients as well.I work with stay at home moms with little knowledge of hair maintenance,i also work with professional women who are very time conscious.I work with teenagers and young adults alike.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I recently got into styling wedding parties and i find it very interesting and creative.It is something i never thought i will be fond of.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Hire someone who is not just about the money,but passionate about your satisfaction.Hire someone who can advice on the best possible style for your hair needs.
