About
I have been in the food industry since I was 15 years old, stating out as a server. I later started bartending once I was 21 years old and still serving as well. At about 26 I moved to Detroit, MI and worked for a corporate company as a server/bartender, later becoming a service manager. I've have always had a passion for the food service, but especially cooking. I love how no matter how different we are food and drinks bring people together and make us happy! I am always feeding people and love to cook and recreate dishes that either if had or have seen. I put all my love and passion when I cook. Everything is from scratch and I stay away from processed foods. Everything must be fresh! Homemade sauces, dressings, toppings, etc. Fresh is the best and the most healthy when it comes to cooking. I love Latino food, the flavors, the spices, the culture is what attracts me when I cook. Me being Afro-Latina it's one of my favorite kinds of food to cook for my people. Being here in Southern Florida I have seen a lot of others with the same passion for food. My business stands out because I cook it all and prep it. I am doing this alone at the moment but once my name gets known I plan on hiring help. All my hard work and dedication is what helps make my food so tasty and different.
