Look at reviews, photos and before and afters. Do you feel comfortable when talking to your potential new stylist on the phone. You have to feel comfortable through out the whole process.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If you are looking for a new change, do you have the time to keep up your new style in the morning, are you willing to come in more often if for example you are a natural brunette and want to be blonde.
