What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a one on one personalized consultation to determain what you have and what you want to achieve and realistic see if its posible
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed in the state of Illinois and Florida. With over 18 years of experience in the beauty indystry, I can improve your existing look via color or texture change.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Woman cuts start at $50 wet and $65 with a blow dry. Color start at $50 and up depending on the length and detail of the service all to be determined on the consultation.
How did you get started in this business?
I was on a college break back in 98 when a frd asked if I wanted to go to beauty school. It wasn't until than that I discovered once I held the shears and a comb what I was ment to do for the rest of my life
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all type of customers hair types specializing in esthetic hair but great as well on all hair types. I love doing special event styling but love doing color , cuts and blow dries

Bein a part of a brides big day after another hairstylist did a trial and they did not agree on a look, nailing the look with no trial
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make an appointment to get your hair blow dried. From the minute they touch your hair you should get an idea if they know what they are doing. See what type of customer service they provide
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Is that look going to look good on me. Do I have the right hair type. Trends come and go, fashion is forever. Age appropriate looks should be considered
