i have been catering now for over 17 years (weddings, corporate events, quinceañeras, private parties, etc). My specialty are international cuisines (Latin American, Italian, French, Caribbean and all American foods). I am also a dietitian, so I can easily provide healthy alternatives if desired.

What I enjoy the most is seeing people come together and enjoy the experience of a delicious and attractive meal. Being able to provide great tasting food and the peace of mind that every single detail will be taken care of and that all the guests will leave satisfied is what makes my job so much fun. Delectable food can take any great party and make it amazing. I want every event I do to be amazing!
