How did you get started in this business?
I have been cooking since the age of 10! My grandmother Helen god rest her soul taught me early how to prepare and cook a delicious meal always made from the heart!! After years I'm watching her my passions led me to culinary arts school at FSSJ in Jacksonville Fl! I have worked as a line chef for a few restaurants in the Jacksonville beach area I later decided that I no longer wanted to work for anyone and that being my own boss was the best way to go! In 2018 I started catering parties and events for friends and word quickly traveled about my delicious food!! 3 years later I'm still going strong add more and more new dishes to my menu and pleasing clients all over the Fl/Ga Regions!! I'm a father of 4 beautiful daughters those are who I named my company after! They inspire me to create food for the soul they motivate me to provide nothing but excellence at every event!! My last client booked me to cater for 80 people! The event was her daughters birthday party! The client was very pleased with my food presentation and professionalism!! The amount of gratitude her entire family showed me was so uplifting! The family was of Latino decent and never had southern cooking so good in their life!! I was so happy to introduce my culture to them!!
