What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact by phone/email, whichever the customer prefers.
Get the specifics on the type of session they are looking for and where they would like to take the photos.
after the session send them a sneak peek within 24 hours, order proofs. After proofs arrive schedule a time to view the proofs and order prints.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My initial photography training was done via one on one training with Jackie Lamas whom I still have a close relationship with and continue to learn from her on a regular basis.
I am continually taking classes on line to further my education and stay on top of the latest things out.

I have always loved taking pictures and a few years ago my daughter approached me about us doing it together as a small business.
