Our Chefs are first hand food lovers bringing you specialities in Cajun Cuisine & Italian offerings. We specialize in Cajun BBQ and Fresh Seafood. Starting off as food trucks, Quincy (FusionsQ Cajun BBQ) and Alyssa (Sunkissed) have gained the love to be creative in our cuisine. After many years of supporting each other out on the streets with their food trucks they decided to join together and create Reign Uncaged Cuisine to fuse both their passions for cooking. With the amazing flavors of Cajun infused BBQ and the dramatic flavors of seafood and chicken, their menu cannot be tamed nor can it be CAGED! The business is created to meet all types of catering needs, such as family gathering, corporate events, repassess, teacher luncheons to their food truck showing up to serve out the window. We can do it all!

My family has owned restaurants since 1903 in New Jersey, bringing happiness to bellies for over 100 years. We grew up in the restaurant business and created a food truck business as well.
