About
My name is Mayomi, the owner/designer/creator of Nek's Kustom Kreationz. I have dibbled and dabbled into a lot of crafty things over the years, from baking cakes, cupcakes and party treats, to making custom tutus, t-shirt designs and more but I would get bored so easily and wanted to try the next best thing and being able to get creative while bringing my customers vision to life bring me such joy! I have always loved designing and being creative in everything I did. I always had to be different and the person to stand out among my friends.
I started going the extra mile and creating custom party favors and decorating for my own children's birthday parties, I fell in love with being able to bring my creativity and thoughts to life with invitations, party shirts, centerpieces and more. As I begin to receive more and more orders, I decided to start adding additional items as customers requested such as chip bags, party frames, purse favors, and more and guess what, I can honestly say I have not become bored, I am always excited to receive my customers visions and I enjoy making them come to life. I wake up everyday thinking about new designs, new party favors, new ways to WOW my customers and offer unique items that can never be found in stores.
I am most inspired by my 4 wonderful children 2 daughters ages 12, my 9 years old son and my 4 year old son. They are the ones that gave me this vision to run with because I always wanted to go that extra mile and make their party have that WOW factor and stand out from the rest. Every year I look forward to their parties and always thinking about creative ideas that are completely outside the box.
The thing that makes my business stand out is that I allow my customers to give me their vision and I work around the clock to bring thier vision to LIFE! My customers inspire me with their visions and my goal is to always make it come to life with detailed designs that cannot be found in a local party store. My passion is designing which I have always been self-taught and I truly enjoy being able to share my vision with my customers by bringing their vision to life!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all new customers, my first priority is letting them know I am here to make the process easy. I believe in customer satisfaction and making sure my customer is happy with the services I provide. I want to learn about their vision so I can do my part in bringing it to life!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have no formal educaiton or training for event planning. I am a self-taught entrepreneur with years of experience in event/party setup and decor. I have taught myself to make custom cakes and treats and have always had satisfied customers with every service I provide.

Pricing for all events and party setup vary depending on the wants to and needs of my customer. For my party favors and treats I do offer set pricing.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in teh event and party planning business by getting creative decorating for my own childrens parties years ago. I love beiang creative and once others seen my work they inquired about my services.
