As a future bride or groom, choosing a caterer for your big day is a critical decision. We at ELC Events have created a menu package that includes a well-rounded selection of quality cuisine. Please keep in mind as you look through our menus that our chef and talented culinary staff are very creative and this is only a sampling of the cuisine they can prepare for you. It is our hope that this will assist you in making the decision process easier and make your special day one to remember for a lifetime.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk about what you are looking for in a wedding caterer, your budget, wedding theme and any other relevant details before we get to work on your proposal. We will continue to edit our proposal until it is perfect in your eyes!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Erica has been in the catering and events industry since 1996, gaining knowledge at all levels. Her experience is what attributes to the enthusiasm and creativity she puts toward every event. Erica has specialized in the sales, service and coordination of corporate, private and major sports events since 2002 including the Arnold Palmer Invitational a well as working with clients such as Walt Disney World, the University of Central Florida, Florida Citrus Sports and USSSA.

Prices for buffets start at $18.95 per person and go up from there!
