What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new client can expect to have a consult to determine what services are best suited for your individual needs. You would then be provided with a quote for services and an online link for convenience of confirming your desired date and time of appointment. During the booking process all needed information regarding what to expect for your upcoming appointment as well as waivers will be taken care of. You receive confirmation emails and text as well as reminder text messages to ensure there is open communication throughout the entire process.
