Im a graduate from culinary art school in san juan puerto rico i was chef in fortaleza (governor house in puerto rico for 4 years) and i also run a business of food vending on festivals parades and specials events for 8 years now serving big crows in short times.

How did you get started in this business?
Im start more then 10 years ago we serve to health insurance companys,personals reunions,weddings pool partys that give us the motivation to continue making people achive the goal in their events

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
recently as yesterday 09/15/2020 we serve a breakfast to a company in tampa for a retired employee and we proud that everybody was very happy about the service
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
watch for reviews, look for pass services pictures and make sure if you want puerto rican food in your event check if the cater is a authentic puerto rican cook thats my advice
