My name is Crystal. I've been braiding and doing hair for over 20 years. I'm licensed and dedicated to my work. First I want to say I work from home. Yes, its a homebased business Braiding Boutique. No crowd. No lines. No wait. I like privacy for my clients while offering the best customer service while they get their services done. I take my time to full fill the need of the customer to reensure the best beautiful style requested. I stand out from others in many ways and my talent and personality is 💯 everyday. Im honest and upfront with my customers. I make sure that every customers needs are met to the fullest.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to connect with my customers old and new to assure the service requested via, phone, email, text or DM. I will also request a consultation if needed to suggest the best process. My favorite part of booking is Q&A. People have questions and I like to give answers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i own my business and I'm certified and licensed to braid and wrap hair. I'm certified in lash installation. I'm certified in Ghana and feeding braiding. I have over 20 years experience in doing hair and haven't had 1 bad review yet. I have over 20 years of customer service and always willing to help. Most of all, im honest. If I can't do something, I'm honest about it and usually refer my customers to someone that can if nessassary.

How did you get started in this business?
I started my business after I had my twins in 2016. I wanted to be an at home home but still remain busy. Since I been doing hair as a small hustle all my life, I decided to turn that hustle into a fulltime job and I havent looked back since. I got licensed in my talents and business and started my journey. It was scary, but I pulled through and made it happen. I have NO regrets. I now have 2 businesses and the growth don't stop.
