What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself
I ask all the information about the work, then I propose a concept and style that goes with the customer request.
Once is approved, we fix the payment form and sign a contract.
After the production, I delivery the images accord with the terms of the contract could be digital via Dropbox, album or prints on paper.
I will follow up with my customer to know if everything is as he expected to be or better.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Photography in college besides a Business Ad career, I was young and I wanted to have a plan B in case my dream doesn´t work. Once I started as a photographer I had several workshops in different areas like Adobe, Lightning, Portrait, Product, Wedding, Food, Architecture and Editorial. When People ask me about my specialization in Photography, my answer is that I like to take pictures of several fields because I like the variation and also the feedback of each subject helps me to the next assignment.

Yes, I have a price list based on the time, the subject, and the resources that the project needs.
How did you get started in this business?
I started working for advertising agencies, doing the simple photos and later getting the better jobs. After few years I start taking pictures for magazines, covers and product catalogs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Photography is a way to communicate feelings, experiences, life. A professional photographer not only see the moment or place but also see all the details, planes, color, light, composition and knows how to put them together and that is the difference with anybody else.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The most information that the customer provides better and easier is for the photographer to understand and reach the goals of the customer.
