Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we encourage a new client to schedule a personal phone call with myself or our administrative assistant to better understand the aims and expectations of the photography, videography, or other service required. From there we send the client a free itemized quote. Upon quote approval and signing of a licensing agreement, we next schedule the shoot and shoot the project. Depending on the type of photography and amount of post-shoot processing required, we aim to get your photos back to you within 48 hours to two weeks. Understanding often our clients are on short deadlines for publications, for an additional fee we can guarantee a quicker turn-around time. A 50% deposit is required prior to booking a shoot and full invoice not due until 10 days after the client receives all images.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nick Sargent is a graduate of Brooks Institute of Photography (2004) and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Photography. Upon graduation he returned to his home town of Palm Beach, Florida to work with his father’s company. For the past fifteen years Nick has ensured we offer clients the latest technology and trends in photography. From conversion from film to digital and the addition of drone photography to our services, Nick is continually innovating and adding to the services provided by our firm. His interest in architectural, commercial and lifestyle photography provides a well-rounded addition to our firm.
Personally, Nickolas is an avid mountain biker, spear fisherman, camper, and surfer. He is also a father of one year old William, possibly the fourth generation of Sargent photographers.
