Once we confirmed our arrival at the convenient location, we promptly received our order with polite and warm greetings. Intoxicated by the aromas filling our car, we highly anticipated this Delite.
The attention to detail with the fancy packaging set the tone for a high end meal, with the convenience of being at home. We began with the Tomato Avocado Salad, which calls for your attention with quality Heirloom Tomatoes, and a beautiful passion fruit vinaigrette garnished with chives.
Our Fried Snapper was perfectly crispy with a buttery and flaky inside, dressed with a remarkable red creole sauce.
It gets even better with the umami-filled Jon-Jon (black mushroom rice) and the tender Pork Griot w/ my favorite accompaniment Pikliz (spicy cabbage slaw) to add a special bright and fiery tang to this richly comforting dish.
It doesn’t stop there because the dessert was mind blowing with this intense rich Chocolate Ganache Rhum Cake and Creme Anglaise that you wish would never end. The skillfully balanced Rhum Punch was the perfect cocktail to enhance all of these flavorful Caribbean notes. Needless to say, my Hubby and I had a delightful evening.

On Fri Aug 7th we had the opportunity to experience the dinner for two. My husband travels for work and eats at great restaurants on his company’s dime and he said Chef Eric’s food (quality and taste) is better than 90% of the restaurants he’s eaten at.
For me the snapper was fried to perfection and the salad was fresh and absolutely delicious. The black rice .... ok so let me just say, EVERYTHING literally was amazing.
My husband had the Haitian style pork shoulder, the seasoning of the meat and sauce was “exquisite” . The dessert and mixed drink was the cherry on top. The rum cake was moist and delicious and sat in this Crème Anglaise sauce OMG!!!...The rum punch, had a punch and was so smooth. Awesome dining experience. 5 stars easy...
