What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally I meet with my clients in a consultation, build rapport with them, discuss their tattoo idea, give an estimate, and then get them on the schedule after collecting a nonrefundable deposit. After your appointment is booked, I create a design within 1-3 business days depending on the date you're scheduled.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
