My Culinary Table
About
I am classically trained and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu. Started off at Ritz Carlton and to various restaurant kitchens. Ended up working for Master Chef Tom Catherall. Promoted to Sous Chef and eventually to Exec Chef for him. Wanted to go in the business for myself and started my personal chef services. Cooked for various entertainers and ended up doing private chef services for NBA player Paul Millsap and family. At this time I am a private chef for NBA player Josh Smith and his family. On weekends I do my personal chef services for dinners and events.
The passion and love for food is why I went to culinary school. Now the gratification I get from feeding people on their special day is what keeps me going. Clients hire me for their birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, etc for me to come in their kitchen. This is something special to me because you are allowing me to be part of that with your family and friends. Nothing brings people together more than food and having a good chef to make your celebration is even better.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will need to know what type of event it will be. If they want buffet style or a plated sit down served meal. What type of food they want served. If they have any dietary weds or allergies. How many people will be attending and where the place would the event be at. And of course the budget because we have to cater to everyone’s budget

I am classically trained and graduated with honors from Le Cordon Bleu.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Everyone’s budget is different. I try to work with each person’s pricing as every event is different
