To achieve this, the Boardroom Hairstylists team has taken expert-level classes from industry leaders nationwide, including private color classes at top celebrity salons and the Goldwell Color Zoom Academy. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost honesty...a one on one consultation and your hair history. We need to get to know you, your complextion, eyes, skin tone & facial features. We want to know exectly what it is you are wanting to do as far as Color & Style. We encourage you to bring pictures and have a heart to heart talk about your hair and its condition. This is a very important process to see if we both match. We are brutally but subtly honest with our clients because we want them to have every questions they have answered. We want you to feel and look your absoulte best when you leave our Salon. We love Hair and its in our DNA. You are not just a client to us you become a family memeber.
