I have always had a passion for preparing tasty food for many types of occasions, both formal and informal. I learned the fundamentals of cooking from my grandmother growing up in the Philippines. Living in South America, here in the United States, and traveling to Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, I have learned to prepare different types of cuisines from around the world.
We prepare high quality food that can be tailored to meet the requests of our customers for any gathering, large or small. We can provide sample menus to suit your tastes.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would initiate a conversation over the phone to get a good idea if I am compatible with what the prospective customer is looking for. Once it is decided by both parties that it is a good match I would set up a food tasting, free of charge, based on the type of party and food requirement agreed upon.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a self-taugh chef and baker. I have set up a small bakery in the Philippines and Paraguay. I then went into the business of Information Technology for a few years and have since retired from that. I am trying to establish myself again in the food industry because it is my ultimate passion
