Our #girlgang of vetted professionals travel to your office party, wedding site or girls night out bringing out the gorgeous in everyone.
Want to come visit our location? We are located on downtown Main Street Oswego,IL in a historical home we've transformed into the raddest back drop (we are a favorite location for photographers) to host a Style Session with us. Bring your girl gang and we will teach you how to recreate the Pretty Wavy for the perfect cali beach wave. Or control those curls to make it Pretty Smooth.
Either way our clients find us pretty rad and love being part of our culture.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Be ready.....we ask a ton of questions. It's important that your vision is understood.
We work as a team. What does that mean for you? Everyone one at Pretty Convenient works closely together with the goal of a successful experience for all.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every member has been personally trained by our owner and founder Tracy Ftacek. Pretty Convenient provides weekly training as well as a 4 week blow dry bootcamp for our newest team members to ensure every member of our team provides a consistent result.

How did you get started in this business?
Our owner, Tracy Ftacek, created a successful career as a salon owner, stylist, platform educator and session stylist but always felt "beauty empowers, its that simple, so I need to find a way to make pretty, easy, convenient for all women and build a tribe of rad stylists who believe the same thing" Thats when she sold her salon and formed Pretty Convenient!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with everyone. It's pretty easy, everyone deserves to be pretty. From Prom girls to nervous brides, models for photo/video shoots & fashion events. As well as the group of women executives needing a hair & makeup team to meet at their office before the holiday party.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Trust your gut! Are they easy to work with? That's the corn-stone of our name. Pretty Convenient! If it doesn't feel right then keep searching until you find the right fit. We have many connections in the industry. If we believe we cannot help you, we will be honest and let you know and then probably give you a refferal. It's about building each other up, right?!
