The quote might not be as accurate as it was a long time ago; yet, it indicates the fact that we are what we eat. It is undeniable that eating is by far one of human most enjoyable activities. As a chef who understands his customers' insight, not only do I respect their choice of food, but I also come up with a quick strategy to accommodate their needs and wants when it comes to food.

I enjoy food just as much as I enjoy cooking. I am the best I can be in the kitchen. That is where I put all my mind, my heart, my energy, and my vibes to the food I make. I had thought that the Chef Academy taught its students how to make different kinds of food, come to find out, it also taught me how to define myself. Basic, yet, essential, food is a big part of my life, and my life would not be complete if I was not constantly providing my customers with the best food I could make for them.
