About
Chef Jerry has over a decade of fine dining cooking experience. Working under many James Beard Award Nominated and Winning chefs, at several "Top 10" ranked restaurants in the New Orleans and Austin areas.
He traveled throughout Italy for 3 months, visiting a total of 21 cities, to expand his knowledge about the culture and the food.
From agnolotti to sopressini, Chef Jerry loves to hand roll pasta. The moment he rolled his first sheet of pasta, he knew that's what he wanted to put his heart into.
Although favoring Italian cuisine, Chef Jerry is not limited by his love for Italian fare. He has a diverse experience in other styles of cuisines and always looks forward to attempt something new and adventurous.
Wineski Hospitality aims to give the guest(s) the dining experience of a white linen-styled restaurant in the comfort of their own home.
Formal dinners with paired wine selections to social gatherings with hors d'evours and craft cocktails, Wineski Hospitality wants each dining experience to be unique and stand apart from all others.
