What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically clients will need to reach out with catering inquiry for large parties a week before the event to allow proper planning of menu, time, location, and pricing.
Parties of 8 or less can inquire for catering 24 to 48 hours, but is subject for approval.
All catering orders must have a deposit. The deposit is 20$, and you have the option to pay in full, or pay the day of.
Paypal, Venmo, Cash App are available payment methods. Cash is accepted upon initial deposit. Deposit must be made in order to pay remainder of catering order in cash.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years of restaurant experience, turned into creating a catering buisness of my own.
