Best African Cuisine and caterer. We've catered for more than 40 wedding events with 300 guests and more.
We have variety of foods including continental, inter-continental menus. Majorly African, Caribean and Jamaican.
We have also catered in numerous States including Virginia, Washington DC, Delaware, New Jersey and New York.
The Manager and Chief Executive is a duly certified Food Manager with the Department of Health, in addition to holding a Master's Degree in Agricultural Economics.
About 30% of our chefs are Servesafe certified and all employees undergo our 3-monthly routine Food Safety Training program.
