Hi, I am Jen Miles, Owner, Professional Airbrush Makeup Artist and Hair Stylist with 30+ years experience and 15 years in business. I have a Team of 4 Stylists. We are the JM Glam Squad. My JM Glam Squad & I offer both Hair & Airbrush Makeup Services. We have been awarded DMV's "TOP PRO" 2016 - 2019 "BEST OF 2016" and "BEST OF 2015" for both Hair & Makeup Services in the DC Metro Area. We work with ALL Hair Textures, Races, and Ethnicities. We will travel to you without a Traveling Fee within 30 miles and a minimal fee for over 30 miles. We look forward to making you feel beautiful. Thank you for your consideration.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First Step: Once you decide to move forward with our Services, please send your email address so we may send you a link to our Client Profile. This profile helps us help you with your overall look for your Event. Submit your profile along with an email of your pictures. One of yourself and another of the Makeup and/or Hairstyle "Look" your desire. Second Step: We'll send you a Service Overview with exact quotes. Third Step: We do require a nonrefundable deposit to hold your appointment date with us. Fourth Step: We'll send your Service Agreement Contract which will need to be signed. Fifth Step: We'll see you on your appointment date.

Our services start at $40 and go up depending upon our client's needs. Group events are discounted. We are offering a Prom "Party Gal" Special for $65. A Phone Consultation is FREE. Hair and Makeup Trials are $135. Makeup Trials are $50-$70. Hair Trials are $70. A nonrefundable $30-$50 deposit is required to confirm the appointment date with us. We do not charge extra for traveling within 45 minutes/30 miles of Washington DC Area. Clients will be charged for tolls and/or parking if applied. For Services outside 30 miles ratios of Zip Code 21114, there will charge a Traveling Fee (tolls are included if applied.)
How did you get started in this business?
My Grandmother was in the Fashion Business and we were always surrounded by fashion, hair, and makeup people backstage. I wanted to learn "how they made everyone look so glamorous" and so I did. I love my line of work and feel blessed to be able to do what I love to do every day.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide both hair and/or makeup services for everyone and every form of media including TV, Video/Film Productions, Fashion & Editorial Photo Shoots, Engagement Photo Shoots, Fashion Shows, Weddings (yes, we're experienced with different ethnicities & religions), Book Signings, Listening Parties, Pageants, Quinceanera, Sweet 16's, Step Shows, Cotillions, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Graduations, Birthdays, Proms and "Girls Night Out." We also conduct one-on-one, virtual, and group makeup training sessions.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Go online or find pictures of different "looks" that you may be interested in achieving for your special event. Bring your photos and your questions to your consultation appointment so you can discuss your options. This will make you feel more comfortable about the overall look you are trying to achieve for your event.
